Art is the product or process of deliberately arranging items (often with symbolic significance) in a way that influences and affects one or more of the senses, emotions, and intellect. It encompasses a diverse range of human activities, creations, and modes of expression, including music, literature, film, photography, sculpture, and painting. We were created, by a Creator, to CREATE! The art at Radicalis is meant to stimulate the senses and challenge the imagination. Each art piece is centered on the PEACE Plan (Promote Reconciliation, Equip Servant Leaders, Assist the Poor, Care for the Sick, and Educate the Next Generation). As students interact with the various elements, our hope is that hearts and minds will be transformed. Our prayer is that students will have a fresh vision for being God’s hands and feet in a world filled with hurting people. When you come to a Radicalis monthly event or our national festival in 2012, we invite you to explore, imagine, invent, question, grieve, challenge, devote, prayer, worship, react, and be inspired by everything you experience through the art at Radicalis.
